we found some of these on our tree,
so we picked.
and peeled.
and peeled some more.
and put them in a pot to make sauce. and smelled (sorry, no picture for that)

yummmm! I can't believe it's here already, but the air has crisped up, the colors more vivid, the shadows sharpened. It's not my fav- I prefer the mushy colorful waking up of Spring, but I can't deny that Fall is beautiful.
Fall is my favorite time of year! My anniversary and 2 of the boys' birthdays, not to mention all the fun fall activities like pumpkin and apple picking. 🙂 It looks like you have a head start!
