Recipe:  Nordic Rice Pudding

Home Cooked Nordic Rice Pudding


What You'll Need
- 2 cups rice (any kind, already cooked - leftovers are perfect)
- 4 cups milk (whole, almond, or coconut)
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp real vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 drop Cinnamon Bark
- 3 drops Cardamom

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and mix until it boils slightly. Simmer for about 5 minutes, remove from heat and serve warm, or refrigerate and enjoy chilled. Add a dollop of Tangerine Whipped Cream!
